David is the President of Axis which he cofounded in 2007. Every year Axis speaks to 10,000+ students face-to-face and every month Axis’ digital products equip 120,000+ parents, grandparents, pastors, and teachers. In 2018 Axis helped caring adults start 1,700,000 conversations, that they would not have started without Axis, with their 8- to 18-year-olds.
David has led partnerships between Axis and: Family Life Today, MOPS, Young Life, Youth for Christ, Focus on the Family, Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, the Association of Christian Schools International, Compassion International, Word of Life, Moody Radio, The Colson Center, Care-Net, and many many others. David has been married 10 years to his intelligent and creative wife Lindsey and they have a 6 year old, Shiloh Abigail, a 2 year old, Zion Daniel, and a 1 year old Vale Calvary. The Eatons live in Colorado.

When Angela Ray Rodgers’s daughter, Grace Anna, was in the womb, doctors advised her to end her pregnancy. The disabilities and challenges her daughter would face seemed insurmountable. Today, Lee sits down with Angela and Grace Anna for a conversation about life, resiliency, joy and hope. Grace Anna has a rare form of dwarfism and lives with many challenges that require constant care, but both Angela and Grace Anna see God’s love written all over their story.
About our Guest:
Angela Ray Rodgers is an inspirational speaker, advocate for people with disabilities, and the author of the touching story of her daughter in Grace Anna Sings. She manages multiple social media pages with over 1.2 million followers creating videos and stories along with her daughter Grace Anna, motivating people to find joy and live life to the fullest. Angela serves on the HART Supported Living Grant Program Council and is an Arc of Kentucky Advocate in Action.
As a former middle school science teacher, Angela knows the importance of education. She believes it is crucial to educate people of all ages on the lives of people with disabilities to help understanding. She has spoken widely on the importance of communities and schools being fully inclusive not only in work and education but also recreationally. One of the issues very dear to her heart is fully inclusive playgrounds which allow children with mobility and sensory issues to enjoy all areas of a playground.
Angela is married to her husband, Jeff, and has two amazing children, Isaiah and Grace Anna. She resides in rural Casey County, Kentucky where she attends a small, country church. She loves gardening, studying the Bible, spending time with family, traveling and singing. Her hope for the future is that people of all abilities will be respected and welcomed in all aspects of life.

Today, Lee sits down with Arizona State Team Member, International Leadership Developer, and Moms in Prayer’s Global Prison Ministry Liason, Kay West, to discuss all these things and the big God we serve.

Kay West is a grateful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ because of His grace and mercy. In addition to her roles with MIPI as International Leadership Developer for Southern Africa, Global Prison Ministry Liaison, and AZ State Team International Liaison, Kay also serves as president of Swaziserve, Inc., a ministry she and her husband, John, founded in 2009 before selling or giving away almost everything they owned to serve as missionaries in eSwatini and South Africa. Many stories of the amazing work God did during that time can be found in Kay's book, "Refiner's Fire--My Walk with God in the Kingdom of Swaziland." Swaziserve continues to share the Gospel and the love of Jesus through "hands and feet" programs overseen by local Africans and administered by Kay and John, who currently reside in their "for now" home in Phoenix, AZ where they live with their African Great Dane, Zeke, and intrepid world traveler Barney, a Dachshund mix.
