 “Mom, I want to go to Hollywood.”  Karla Pope is the mother of a blended family with 6 boys.  When her son, Kellan, wanted to chase his dream of acting in Hollywood, Karla saw her prayers answered in unconventional ways.  Kellan Lutz, has made quite an imprint on Hollywood, and today, Lee and Karla discuss the roles prayer and Moms in Prayer impacted her family.

“I always wanted to know how to get to Heaven, but no one has ever told me.”  Today, Kori Pennypacker, Executive Director of Bible2School and Lee discuss the biblical illiteracy facing this generation.  How can we teach public school kids the Bible?  Kori explains how parents can help initiate a program to help meet that need.

About our Guest: Kori Pennypacker​ is Executive Director of Bible2School, a non-profit organization that offers Bible Electives to public school children during their school day in Lancaster County, PA. She speaks to businesses and churches about the benefits of spiritual training for elementary age children, especially those who do not get to attend church. She leads a team of 150 volunteers and staff with the goal to have a Bible elective available in every school in her county and to influence other counties in the nation to do the same. Kori has a Bachelor’s Degree from Shippensburg University and is married to Blaine. They have three high school/college-age sons: Justin, Matt, and Ben.

Nick Hall has been called the next Billy Graham.  Nick leads the Pulse Movement and what many consider one of the greatest student led movements in history.  What you may not know is that Nick is a Moms in Prayer kid, and today, Lee and Nick talk about being prayed for, the faith of children, and what he see God doing among the youth of our nation.
